25 years as an executive in the semiconductor industry — Intel, Altera, Silicon Valley — and 300 workshops for over 1,000 people in parallel. In June 2026 the side practice became the whole focus.
I led teams across cultures, continents and high-stakes inflection points in one of the most demanding industries there is. The technical decisions were hard; the human ones were harder — and the two were never really separate.
Alongside that, I spent six years delivering workshops inside Intel and Altera, earning certifications in Lencioni’s methods, Birkman, KF4D and HBDI. I took genuine pleasure in it. So when the opportunity came to leave, I gave myself the chance to do the work I love full-time — putting my experience and network to use.
My mission is simple: that people know each other better, communicate better, and perform better together — and that organisations get measurably stronger as a result. My role is to be a mirror: build the trust that lets people be honest, reveal them to themselves, and show change quickly.
